Founded in 1989 in Bursa as the first company of Zorlu Group, Korteks is one of the largest polyester yarn producer in Europe and the Middle East. With a production area of 360 thousand square meters, near 2000 employees, an annual production of 274 thousand tons of yarn, Korteks exports in 5 continents and more than 60 countries. Korteks, which has nearly 250 customers abroad, exports 15% of its total production to many different countries such as Italy, Spain, USA, Canada, Egypt, Algeria, Brazil, Mexico and South Africa, mainly in Europe.
Europe's biggest home textile exporter, and among the top three in the global home textiles market, Zorluteks, is the largest integrated producer of cotton home textiles in Europe. Zorluteks, which consists of four plants comprising of home textile, curtain weaving-knitting, finishing and garment factories, produces 96 million square meters of home textile products per year.
As the leader of a 700-million-strong market, the company exports 62% of its production to different markets, primarily the USA, Europe, Japan and Russia, and sells the rest domestically under the TAÇ, Linens and Valeron brands.
TAÇ, the biggest brand of Zorlu Textile Group, reaches millions of consumers with a wide range of products ranging from curtains to duvet covers, bedspreads to towels, blankets to licensed products through 1700 sales points in Turkey and 112 stores and 760 sales points abroad.
The number of Linens stores, Turkey's first home textile store chain to specialize and open to the international market, is reaching 80. In Linens stores, products such as curtains, bed linen, bedspreads, towels and bathroom group products, baby group products, tableware group and accessories are offered for sale; curtain service is provided from A to Z.
Valeron, which first made its name in the European home textile market, is now sold in 40 countries in the USA, Far East, Middle East and Europe.

The Zorlu Textile Group, who has spent years on innovation in textiles and has made its mark in the forefront, is investing $ 4 million every year on R&D for sustainable innovation. Zorluteks Textile, one of the world's leading producers of home textiles, which consists of four plants comprising of home textile, curtain weaving-knitting, finishing and garment factories, produces 250 million square meters of home textile products per year, with a wide range of products ranging from bedspread to pillow, pillowcase to bedspread, tablecloth to bedclothes, cotton curtain fabric to towel. Zorluteks Textile exports 70% of its curtain production to different parts of the world, mainly to America, Europe, Japan and Russia, while using the rest for its own brands such as Taç, Linens and Valeron. Zorluteks, also have an important share in the market for licenced products such as Barbie, Spider Man and Disney.
Zorlu Foreign Trade, which conducts all foreign trade activities of Zorlu Textiles Group, was founded in 1998. Zorlu Foreign Trade carries out marketing and sales activities in Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States with its sales offices and showrooms, and its activities in Eastern European countries from Macedonia and the Turkish republics from Russia. Since 2005, procurement offices in China, India and Pakistan have also been operating in the company to supply raw materials and auxiliaries under favorable terms from world markets.
Founded by Mehmet Zorlu in 1953, Zorlu Mensucat started operating in Denizli's Babadağ district. The company, which has been operating since the day it was founded, as the “father’s heirloom”.
