We recognize that in the world of the future, our most valuable asset will be human resources equipped with the ability to generate adaptable solutions, communicate effectively, analyze and interpret information, and collaborate efficiently as a cohesive team. By recognizing the necessity for young individuals to possess new 21st century competencies to navigate their lives and careers successfully, the Mehmet Zorlu Foundation (MZV) has initiated Turkey’s most extensive education program and introduced the MZV Youth Summit, emphasizing the crucial role of experience sharing as an integral component of this holistic educational approach.

The MZV Youth Summit, held from 2016 to 2019, transformed into the MZV-MEF YetGen Summit in 2020 through the collaboration of MEF-YetGen, attracting over 11,000 young participants to date and moderated by MEF University Vice Rector, Prof. Erhan Erkut.

The Summit serves as a platform for high school and university students from various cities in Turkey to engage in dialogues with inspiring speakers, witness engaging performances, and receive valuable insights regarding their careers and future, as it brings together experts and prominent figures in their respective fields.
